How do I get a new return label?

Register your return online and select the appropriate reason for return:

If you return the goods using our return label, you will be charged an amount of 80 AED, which will be deducted from your refund. We charge the costs of returning per order returned to us. You are responsible for the return of the item(s).

1. Pack the item into a bag or box depending on the fit of the item.
2. Register your return online and select the relevant return reason.
3. After the scheduled pick-up, the parcel will be brought to our hub.
4. Once we receive the return, we will notify you and refund you the amount.
